When Nigeria coach Gernot Rohr left Kelechi Iheanacho out of the Super Eagles squad to play Seychelles and Egypt, there wasn't even the slightest murmurings of dissent. Less than a year ago, that decision would have been met by such vociferous pushback that the German would have been left to ponder his future choices.
